Try Before You Subscribe

We strongly encourage you to use our 14-day free trial before subscribing to any plan. The trial gives you full access to every feature — billing, inventory, karigar, gold schemes, reports, everything — so you can be completely sure Sunaar Parivaar is right for your store before making any payment.

7-Day Refund Guarantee

If you subscribe to any plan and are not satisfied with the service, we will issue a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first payment only.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact us through any of the following:

Please include your store name and the email address used to register. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Renewal Payments

Monthly renewal payments are not eligible for refunds. When your subscription renews, you have access to the service for the full month that has been paid. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days.

Exceptions — When Refunds Are Not Issued

A refund will not be issued if:

Subscription Cancellation vs Refund

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. If you cancel, your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again. You do not receive a refund for the remaining days. If you want a refund for your first payment, you must explicitly request one within 7 days.

Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle, the difference in price will be applied as credit towards your next billing cycle. We do not issue cash refunds for plan downgrades.
