Why we built Sunaar Parivaar

Indian jewellery stores have unique requirements that generic billing or accounting software simply cannot handle. Gold rates change every day. GST calculation for jewellery has specific rules — 3% on metal and 5% on making charges. Karigar management is unlike any other industry. HUID tracking is mandated by BIS. Gold schemes are a uniquely Indian tradition that customers depend on.

We looked at every solution available and found that each one either required expensive hardware, charged per invoice, forced complex setups, or simply did not understand how Indian jewellers actually work. So we built Sunaar Parivaar — from scratch, specifically for this industry.

Sunaar Parivaar is a multi-store SaaS platform. This means your store's data must be completely isolated from every other store on the platform. We enforce this at every level — every database query, every API call, every file upload is scoped to your store only. It is technically impossible for another store's user to access your data.
